Recipe adapted from Smitten Kitchen!
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 serrano
- A small handful of cilantro
- A pinch or two of sugar
- Salt to taste if needed
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. You can add a little water to thin it out!
To serve
- I roasted two heads of broccoli. Once out of the oven, I tossed the broccoli in the pesto. This would be great on any veggies you like. You can serve it along tofu or any protein of choice!
